Since its foundation in Austria in 1997, Play Art has expanded its business from a two-men start-up company and turnovers of €2.8m to a sustainable mid-sized enterprise with more than 25 employees and revenues in excess of €30m (2015 ).

Today Play Art is a leading independent distributor in the home entertainment industry of Austria and Switzerland. The company distributes products from global market leaders such as Sony, Microsoft, Electronic Arts, Rockstar, Take 2, Konami, Capcom, Bethesda, Warner, Astragon, Razer, Steel Series, Mad Catz, Saitek, Rapoo, Dreamgear and others. Furthermore Play Art designs, manufactures and distributes its own range of innovative yet very competitive consumer electronic products and distributes them in and beyond Europe under its “Ready2Music” brand.

Furthermore Play Art is also an international sales and marketing specialist with competent „full service category management“. Our customer base includes all major Swiss and Austrian electronics, computer and toys shops, as well as food retailers and hypermarkets if entertainment products are part of their assortment.

Due to Play Art’s international expansion our products cannot only be seen in our home markets of Austria and Switzerland, but also beyond our borders. Here we work directly with leading international retailers or cooperate with reliable and well-established distributors.
